If you engage in Gaming, these Rules, Terms, and Conditions apply to you and are binding on you.

Your Participation at Sona9

Participation

1.8 You may not have more than one account open and active at any one moment.

1.9 Funds and/or Casino credits are not transferable between Casino accounts owned by the same player or other parties.

1.10 We retain the right to pay any wins in Euros, regardless of the currency in which the player’s account is registered or the wager is made.

1.11 We reserve the right, at any moment, to check the account details and suspend the account pending acceptable verification. You must maintain Your registration information up to current. If Your address, email address, phone number, or any other contact or personal information changes, please contact customer service to amend Your account information.

Your Warranties

2.1 You guarantee and represent, and we enter into this Agreement on the basis of such representations and warranties, all of which are significant at the time of your entering into this Agreement and continue to be material throughout the term of this Agreement, that you:

2.2 Are legally permitted to engage in gambling inside Your Jurisdiction;

2.6 You are the actual and legitimate owner of the funds you wager at Sona9, and/or you are lawfully and properly allowed to use such funds for the reasons stated above.

2.7 Shall not deposit or wager any funds at Sona9 that are obtained in any way from unlawful activity;

2.8 Shall pay all sums owing to the Sona9 and shall not charge-back, dispute, reverse, or countermand any such payments; and

2.9 I have read and comprehended the Rules, Terms, and Conditions.

2.10 Participate in Sona9 just for personal amusement (that is, neither in a professional capacity or in collaboration with other Player(s) as part of a club, organization, etc.)

2.11 If you break the guarantee in paragraph above, all transactions placed by you will be null and invalid, and all profits accruing to you as a consequence of such transactions and/or participation will be forfeited.

The Service

3.1. Sona9 is not responsible for any outage, server interruptions, latency, or other technical or political impediments to game play. We are not responsible for the actions or omissions of Your internet service provider or any third party with whom You have contracted to acquire access to the server that hosts the Website. Sona9 provides no explicit or implied warranties or assurances in respect to the acceptable quality, fitness for purpose, completeness or accuracy of the Software/Services, or violation of relevant laws and regulations. You bear the complete risk in terms of the usage, quality, and performance of the Software/Services.

3.2 We will not be accountable for computer problems, telecommunications service or Internet connection failures, or efforts by you to engage in games via techniques, means, or methods not intended by us. You are entirely liable for any telecommunications equipment and services you use to participate in the Sona9.

Sona9 makes no warranty that the Software or Services will meet Your requirements, be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Software or server that makes it available are free of viruses or bugs, or that the full functionality, accuracy, and reliability of the Software or Services as to results or accuracy of any information obtained by You are represented. We shall not be responsible to You if there are any system or communication failures pertaining to the production of random numbers, bet settlement, or any other aspect of the Product, and we have the right to cancel any bets on the relevant draws.

3.3 While we cannot promise that the Service will never be defective, we will remedy identified flaws as soon as practically possible. If a problem happens, you should notify Customer Support.

3.4 Sona9 accepts no liability for any damages or losses arising out of or in connection with the Website or the Services, including, without limitation, delays or interruptions in operation or transmission, data loss or corruption, communication or line failure, any person’s misuse of the site or its content, or any errors or omissions in content.

Shared Environments

4.1 We may apply any constraints or requirements that we deem appropriate in our sole discretion on any people who establish or seek to open Accounts at Sona9 if such Accounts originate from environments where computers are, or the environment is shared.

Rules of Play

5.1. In addition to these Rules, Terms, and Conditions, certain Rules of Play and FAQ’s apply to you and are binding on you in relation to your participation in Sona9.

5.2. You agree to be governed by the above Rules of Play and FAQs as if they were expressly included into these Rules, Terms, and Conditions.

5.3. If a payout is left in play on a Video Poker game, the Casino retains the right to collect it and credit the Player’s balance accordingly.

5.4 Sona9 retains the right to seize any monies remained in-play on any game (except video poker) for 90 days or more.

5.5 Winnings may be seized if a player has self-excluded from other casinos owing to gambling addiction/problems.

Payment Details / Withdrawals

6.1. Sona9 retains the right to request verification papers from You upon registration and/or before processing financial transactions. This includes, but is not limited to, the following:

Income documentation (if applicable)
Photographic identity papers, such as a passport or driver’s license, must be copied.
Documents proving residency, such as a bank statement or power bill, must be no more than 6 months old.
Any payment method used to deposit or withdraw money must provide proof of ownership (if applicable)
Failure to provide any specified documents may result in the termination of your account.

6.2. Sona9 retains the right to conduct credit checks with third-party credit bureaus on all Cardholders based on the information supplied during registration.

6.3 It is the obligation of the Cardholder to keep copies of transaction records as well as Website policies and guidelines. It is also the Cardholder’s obligation to be familiar with the regulations governing online gambling in their place of residence.

6.4. Any withdrawals made by bank transfer or check shall only be made payable to the name used when enrolling with the site, and if a debit or credit card was used to deposit money, the name must match to the name on the card. Withdrawals may be subject to costs. Funds must be withdrawn using the same way as they were deposited, up to the deposit amount. Please keep in mind that any withdrawals may be delayed owing to our identification verification procedure.
